Our Education Pillar is designed to break these barriers, inspire young minds, and create pathways to opportunity for every child.
Our Focus Areas
1. Supporting Girls Through Menstrual Hygiene Education
Many girls miss school every month due to lack of menstrual hygiene materials, stigma, and misinformation.
Our flagship Menstrual Hygiene Drive directly tackles this challenge by providing:
• Free sanitary pads to schools
• Menstrual health education sessions
• Hygiene products such as panty liners and sanitizers
• Engagement with nurses, midwives, and health professionals to teach proper menstrual care
By addressing period poverty, we help girls stay in school, build confidence, and break cycles of inequality.
2. Youth Empowerment Through Talent Development
Education is not only about the classroom — it is also about discovering gifts and creating opportunities.
Through OMJ Soccerfest, we identify young football talent and connect them to professional pathways.
Winners and outstanding players have gained:

3. Mentorship, Capacity Building & Advocacy
